I found out yesterday from Arwen’s page that this is National Delurking Week. In celebration, Arwen wrote a post soliciting suggestions for baby carriers and cookie recipes. Me, I am merely asking you to delurk. But I will certainly accept suggestions for baby slings and cookie recipes. (In all honesty, I’m mostly interested in the cookie recipes.)
So, if you’re reading, drop me a comment!

Delurking to say:
I'm reading! But, sorry...don't have any cookie recipes on hand and am currently looking for a sling myself. I'm a Canadian mom of 2 kids (boy=2.5 and girl=2 months old) and I can't remember how I found your blog but I did. It could have been from reading Arwens' though...yes, that must be it!
I have my own blog (http://www.incaseyourewondering.blogspot.com/) so check it out sometime!

Of course I'm reading!
I have a Peanut Shell sling that I love, but it has been too warm to use lately because it is fleece. And fleece combined with global warming equals a sweaty baby and an even sweatier me.
That's all I got.
Pretty sure that I've commented before, but de-lurking means everybody so here I am.
You already know that our kids are almost the same age. Jack was born on Camilla's due date, so she is exactly ten days older than him. Maybe they will get married. Although Bryan says Camilla is going to be a nun, so there's that.
I'm gonna post a cookie recipe on my own blog sometime soon.
Hi,
Delurked for Arwen so might as well do it here. I actually found Arwen through your blog that I found because I am in grad school and was looking for some related laughs. Also, I am a pregnancy and baby fanatic so yours is actually perfect! Anyway, happy delurking week.
Sarah
I'm here, as always. ;)
Do I HAVE to delurk? :)
Of course, now that I've delurked, I feel a need to honor your cookie recipe request; as I only read and don't yet blog, here goes:
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 ¾ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ c. granulated sugar
½ c. firmly packed brown sugar
½ c. margarine
½ c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 bag milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Mix dry ingredients together. Add balance of ingredients (except chocolate chips) & mix on medium speed until fully combined. Add chocolate chips & chill for 30 minutes.
Roll into 1” balls & drop onto cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, or until light brown.
(Optional: Upon removing from oven, flatten cookies – this works better if chocolate chips are small.)
here i am. but i am too lazy to post a cookie recipe. not too lazy to steal the one posted, though. yum!
